Ervin Rogers, PE
Ervin serves as Structural Group Manager at Delon Hampton & Associates (DHA), where he leads a growing department and provides technical leadership across a wide range of building and infrastructure projects. He brings extensive experience in the design and analysis of both new and existing structures, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
Ervin has a strong background in the design of structural systems for new construction, renovations, and tenant fit-out projects, ensuring efficient, code-compliant, and constructible solutions. In addition to design, he provides construction administration services, supporting institutional, residential, and commercial projects through all phases of development.
Ervin holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Maryland. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, New York, and the District of Columbia, bringing broad multi-state expertise to his role at DHA.
