Brent will lead DHA’s civil engineering department in managing designs relating to all civil engineering projects to include land development, infrastructure design, water and sewer design, transportation systems, urban and community development projects.

Brent, working with our other discipline leaders will coordinate and develop sustainable and cost-effective facilities and developments by bringing innovation, high quality, and responsive engineering solutions to meet our client’s needs.
