Delon Hampton & Associates (DHA), as part of the Program Management and Construction Management team, is providing construction inspection, Davis-Bacon program control, asset management, and scope-of-work compliance control services for the Nutrient Reduction Program at Richmond's Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). The plant is located adjacent to western bank of the James River, at the southern tip of downtown Richmond. The WWTP is rated at 45 MGD dry-weather flow and 75 MGD wet-weather flow. The Nutrient Reduction Program is implementing new facilities to meet the new waste load allocation of 0.5 MG/L of phosphorus and 8 MG/L of nitrogen.
